进入郓城县工农剧社（1959年更名为山东省柳子剧团）后，师从柳子戏南派传人李贯德，主攻闺门旦、青衣。

女，汉族，1941年4月生，山东省郓城县人。
柳子戏第一代女演员。
1959年剧团调省，成为剧团舞台骨干。
表演朴实动情，嗓音清澈亮丽，行腔婉转流畅，吸取众人之长，逐渐形成了朴实大方、韵味隽永的个人艺术风格。
代表作有《红罗记》《御碑亭》《抱妆盒》《春草闯堂》等，先后塑造了几十个性格各异的艺术形象。
多年来致力于培养柳子戏接班人，退休后仍坚持为青年演员传授柳子戏唱腔、表演等课程，为柳子戏的传承工作继续贡献力量。

第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目柳子戏代表性传承人。
