济南皮影创始人李克敖的嫡孙，6岁跟随其父学习皮影，两三年后便基本掌握了皮影操纵、演唱、锣鼓伴奏等技艺，10岁正式挂牌表演。

1955年入济南木偶皮影剧团担任主演。

传统技艺功底深厚，而且勇于创新，不故步自封，对皮影进行改革。

邀请美术家设计皮影人物，请剧作家写剧本，并且创新伴奏形式，一人手弹三弦，双脚击打梆子、锣、木鱼等八种乐器，同时为影人表演配唱、配白。

代表作有《西游记》《封神榜》等经典剧目，自创《抗金兵》《张海迪》等新编剧目。

男，汉族，1939年8月生，2007年11月去世，山东省邹县人。

第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮影戏（济南皮影戏）代表性传承人。
