男，汉族，1943年2月生，甘肃省武都县人。

从小受长辈影响，热爱高山戏。

五六岁随长辈习演高山戏，7岁跟随其父尹电荣登台演戏，十多岁已是当地很有影响的小演员。

长期参与高山戏的表演，进行高山戏的创作、编排、配乐。

改变了高山戏数百年传承中“无本演戏”的局面，被誉为“高山戏戏模子”。

20世纪60年代至今，创作、配乐、导演了《人老心红》《老换少》《赶集》《夜逃》等高山戏优秀剧目。

在高山戏表演、编剧、音乐等方面带有弟子二十余人。

Honors & Recognition

第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目武都高山戏代表性传承人。
