男，傣族，1938年7月生，云南省勐腊县人。
从小喜爱章哈演唱，25岁拜波迈囡三、岩迈龙叫、康朗光为师，经过几年学习后开始独立演唱，唱遍了勐捧镇所有傣族村寨，还多次到老挝勐醒、勐喃演出。
演唱的章哈内容丰富，主要在傣历新年、贺新房、婚礼、赕佛或者出家仪式等场合演唱，深受乡亲们欢迎。
珍藏并抄写《赕经》《嘎丫三嘎丫》（傣文的来历）、《帕召》（佛爷经书）、《汤麻拉算咯》（教育篇）等经文和贝叶经书。
创作演唱多部作品，成为当地有名的章哈传承人。
已招收了三十余名弟子，优秀者有岩坎香、波温香等人。

第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目傣族章哈代表性传承人。
