男，汉族，1961年11月生，山西省沁县人。
19岁投师阎义清门下学唱沁州三弦书，四年后出师并领班下乡演出。
1978年任沁县曲艺团五组组长，1993年任沁县曲艺团团长，成为沁县盲人曲艺团的台柱子。
嗓音独特，表现力丰富，尤其是三弦技法极为精湛，还能演奏板胡、二胡、京胡等弦乐。
擅演长篇书目《烈女传》《汗衫记》《金钟记》，传统小段《刘方舍子》《朱洪武牧羊》《文曲星落凡》《王员外休妻》《罗成算卦》《抢铜钱》《大脚王》《大换班》《打来呆》等。
Honors & Recognition
第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目三弦书（沁州三弦书）代表性传承人。
从艺三十多年来，致力于沁州三弦书的表演、整理和传承人培养等工作，足迹遍及晋东南各个市县，多次参加长治市文艺演出并获奖。
