出身于挠羊之乡，自幼受父亲崔银忙（当地闻名的挠羊汉）影响，经常参加摔跤比赛，跟随父兄去跤场打头阵，十七八岁时已成为远近闻名的挠羊汉。

男，汉族，1935年7月生，山西省忻州市人。

挠羊赛技艺表演者。

挠羊赛不穿跤衣，有时只穿短裤，无法抓握对方，只有用抱腿技术才能取得较好的成绩，而崔富海尤为擅长各种抱腿技术。

在当教练期间，将挠羊赛抱腿绝技运用到竞技体育当中，还将所掌握的技术做了归纳与分类，并撰写了《跤乡摔跤抱腿绝技》一书。

多年来，积极鼓励本族家人和本村乡邻参与赛事并悉心传授技艺。

第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目挠羊赛代表性传承人。
