自幼对灯彩技艺耳濡目染，1977年正式跟祖父何克明学艺。

男，汉族，1949年10月生，上海市人。
工艺美术师。
1983年创作《雄鸡三唱》《大鹏展翅》《鸳鸯戏水》等多件作品，同年入上海工艺美术研究所，一直从事灯彩专业。
深得何氏灯彩技艺真传，做工精致传神，擅长扎制飞禽走兽类型的立体动物灯彩。
所扎彩灯注重造型生动，讲究比例结构，可谓形神兼备。
代表作有《金龙戏珠》《一鹭荣华》《金玉满堂》《麒麟灯》《金鸡报晓》《祖国万岁（松鹤延年图）》等。
Honors & Recognition
第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目灯彩（上海灯彩）代表性传承人。
