最早拜师于汾酒清茬大曲奠基人张肇伟，后跟随其弟子邓同旺技师学习清茬大曲技术，在酿酒分厂期间，又拜技师王仓为师，系统学习汾酒酿造各个工艺流程。

男，汉族，1949年3月生，山西省文水县人。

第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目杏花村汾酒酿制技艺代表性传承人。

杏花村汾酒酿制技师。

17岁起进入杏花村汾酒厂工作，先后从事过制曲和酿酒等关键技术工作。

在总结前辈经验的基础上，提出“制曲三法”，扭转了大曲质量的黑道、曲皮、烧心等状况，发明了“前缓、中挺、后缓落”的发酵保温方法和高温和糁法，使汾酒口感绵甜，且大幅提高出酒率。

Honors & Recognition

在大曲生产和酿酒的关键岗位上，多年来致力于培养后辈传人，先后带出二十多名徒弟，为汾酒酿造事业的发展奠定了良好的基础。
