男，藏族，1924年4月生，西藏自治区江达县人。

第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目藏族雕版印刷技艺（波罗古泽刻版制作技艺）代表性传承人。

波罗古泽刻版制作技师。

1932年至1947年间随父在江达县波罗乡阿当村学习木版雕刻技艺，之后跟随其父辗转于甘孜、阿坝、那曲、日喀则等地雕刻印经版。

1952年前后曾参与德格经院《丹珠尔》《甘珠尔》经修复雕刻工作。

雕刻的经版极具民族特色，佛像雕刻更是堪称一绝。

经版的花饰、花纹异常精细，无不显示出独特而又高超的雕刻技术。
