男，汉族，1947年3月生，河南省禹州市人。
第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目钧瓷烧制技艺代表性传承人。
钧瓷烧制技师。
钧瓷手拉坯是其技艺一绝，总结出了“宁整勿碎，宁简勿繁；型为本，釉为魂”的创作法则，作品屡获国内大奖。
2010年，指导弟子创新出钧瓷第一跳刀装饰(称“杨氏刀法”)，使钧瓷除窑变釉面外还增添了一道纹路刀法装饰。
2006年以来，带领弟子搜集、整理钧瓷相关实物、资料，搜集了几十套传统钧瓷泥料、釉料加工粉碎设备和工具，还挖掘保护了一座古瓷土矿井。
Honors & Recognition
2012年，获中国艺术研究院（中国非物质文化遗产保护中心）颁发的中华非物质文化遗产传承人薪传奖。
