男，汉族，1955年3月生，安徽省黄山市人。
第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目漆器髹饰技艺（徽州漆器髹饰技艺）代表性传承人。
中国工艺美术大师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。
少年时从事木工、绘画与雕刻，1979年进入屯溪漆器工艺厂工作，师从汪福林、俞金海学习漆器工艺。
从1999年开始，致力于精品漆器的创作和研究，恢复了濒临失传的徽州传统髹漆技艺犀皮漆、漆砂砚，使其以崭新的面貌呈现于世。
恪守每道工序零失误和零瑕疵的最高标准，作品崇尚宋元之美，造型典雅、做工精湛，具有鲜明的艺术风格。
作品《红金斑菠萝漆大捧盒》《金绿斑犀皮漆天球瓶》及《红金斑犀皮漆天地盖盒》分别被北京故宫博物院、中国国家博物馆和英国大英博物馆收藏。
2012年成立而可漆艺工作室，亲传弟子数名，并被中国艺术研究院研究生院聘为硕士研究生导师。
