出身释比世家，1976年后跟随父亲肖德生学习释比文化。

男，羌族，1937年11月生，四川省茂县人。

1990年开始在四川各地从事释比法事活动，颇有名望。

了解羌年传统，掌握各种法事程式，精通各种释比法术，擅长唱经诵词和舔犁头、抓油锅等功法，传承羌族释比北部方言唱经和上、中、下坛。

坚持技艺传承，授徒肖清旺、肖清禹、尹城、肖武等多人，并带领徒弟主持羌族地区羌历年祭山会等民间重大节庆祭祀活动。

Honors & Recognition

第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目羌年代表性传承人。
