全面掌握彩亭设计和制作技艺，所设计、扎制的彩亭具有“高、惊、险、奇、巧”的艺术特征，技艺水平高超。

男，汉族，1934年8月生，2018年6月去世，四川省渠县人。
第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目三汇彩亭会代表性传承人。
三汇彩亭会第七代传承人。
数十年来从事彩亭扎制，多次带队参加彩亭会和各类展演活动并获市县镇各级奖项。
积极传承技艺，培养三汇彩亭会第八代传承人。
