男，汉族，1931年12月生，籍贯为江苏省南京市，出生于上海市。
国家二级演员。
幼年在中华国剧学校坐科，受教于苏少卿，“靠把大王”张荣奎，产保福，富连成的李富春、王盛海、“哑巴武生”王益芳等。
代表剧目有《搜孤救孤》《捉放曹》《战太平》等。
有丰富的舞台实践经历和数十年的教学经验。
王珮瑜、傅希如、姜培培、蓝天等著名演员都接受过其辅导。
曾参与整理《京剧曲谱集成》。
重新整理改编了《太白醉写》这一传统剧目，让传统老戏重新焕发时代的光彩。
2013年出版《馨艺薪传——京剧名师关松安谈戏教戏》。
Honors & Recognition
第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目京剧代表性传承人。
后受到余派名家陈大濩、把子名家钱宝森教诲，出科后，又得到了“教戏状元”陈秀华传授谭派和余派剧目。
