女，水族，1964年5月生，贵州省三都水族自治县人。
从小随母亲学马尾绣，十余岁便掌握马尾绣传统制作技艺。
在研究古老的马尾绣精品、继承传统制作方法的基础上，加上自己的设计理念，在图案设计、刺绣等工艺上大胆突破和创新，逐步形成自己独有的制作风格，创作出一批集设计和刺绣加工于一体且精美独特的马尾绣服饰、鞋帽、绣带、背包等旅游纪念品。
作品工艺精美，美观大方，经久耐用，深受消费者喜爱。
热心技艺传承，先后向三百余人义务传授马尾绣技艺。

第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目水族马尾绣代表性传承人。
