又名翟倚卫，男，汉族，1961年7月生，山东省济南市人。
正高级工艺美术师，上海市工艺美术大师。
先后赴日本、瑞典进修，创立余佳玉铺和翟倚卫品牌。
玉雕作品风格洗练，在题材、形制和雕刻手法上，继承但不囿于传统玉雕表现手法，将透视、立体架构引入以平面表达为主的玉石雕刻中，追求诗意表达和唯美意趣，获誉无数。
2017年，作品《别寻方外去》被大英博物馆收藏。
Honors & Recognition
第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目玉雕（海派玉雕）代表性传承人。
其弟子有海派玉雕市级代表性传承人王凯，以及尚乐、闫晓娜等。
