出身于宁波金银彩绣世家，祖先曾在宁波大梁街开设许德来绣坊，为许氏金银彩绣第七代传人。

男，汉族，1948年2月生，浙江省宁波市人。
高级工艺美术师。
1962年入宁波绣品厂，后担任设计室主任。
2015年鄞州非遗馆开馆后，坚持每周两次在馆内进行传习，传承和宣传宁波金银彩绣文化。
Honors & Recognition
第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目宁波金银彩绣代表性传承人。
作为主要设计人制作的大型金银彩绣立屏《百鹤朝阳》获第八届中国工艺美术百花奖金杯奖，被中国工艺美术馆收藏；金银彩绣《四季花香》入选第五届全国工艺美术展览；另有《锦绣双瓶》《团鹤》《博古四条屏》《百鸟和鸣》等获各类奖项。
