女，哈萨克族，1952年4月生，新疆维吾尔自治区托里县人。
第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目花毡、印花布织染技艺代表性传承人。
技艺源自家传，自小热爱花毡设计制作和研究，所制花毡构图紧凑，多用大块几何图形做主图案，四周配以对称的羊角变形花纹，兼具大气豪爽和婉约柔美，用色大胆，色彩艳丽，做工精细。
对哈萨克族花毡的图案样式有一定研究，在各类报纸发表多篇文章。
培养花毡制作技艺传承人一百余名，帮助当地牧民实现脱贫致富。

多次参加新疆各类手工技艺比赛，并获得奖项。
