男，汉族，1942年11月生，福建省福州市人。
第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目福州脱胎漆器髹饰技艺代表性传承人。
福州脱胎漆器髹饰技师。
所制漆器材质皆以传统上好生漆、夏布制成器型，中涂、面涂、黑漆皆呈现黑能见底，闪现金属之光，朱漆研磨呈艳而不燥、润而娇韵，使古典漆艺与现代气息相互融合，交相辉映。
多件作品刊入《中国美术全集》漆画卷和《福建漆艺》。
成立工作室后，将脱胎漆器制作与授徒传承技艺相结合，所有学生都已成为高级技工，其中陈天已成为福建省高级工艺美术师。
