男，汉族，1964年11月生，安徽省潜山县人。
第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目桑皮纸制作技艺代表性传承人。
桑皮纸制作技师。
出身于潜山县官庄镇桑皮纸制作世家，初中毕业后随父兄学习桑皮纸制作技艺。
2001年到泾县学习宣纸技术。
2002年，采用古式一人捞法，以纯桑皮制作的特薄桑皮纸，成为北京档案馆和图书馆古书修复用纸。
2004年，制作的桑皮纸被故宫博物院选定为倦勤斋修复工程专业用纸。
以制作纯桑皮纸为主，原料加工体系完整，晒、洗、煮、漂、锻、烘等手工制作方法没有具体的理化指标，全靠经验把握，授徒也都是口传心授，靠悟性学习。
近年来，在传承方面做了大量工作，培养了一批桑皮纸制作技艺传承人。
