男，鄂伦春族，1945年10月生，黑龙江省塔河县人。
第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目桦树皮制作技艺（鄂伦春族桦树皮船制作技艺）代表性传承人。
鄂伦春族桦树皮船制作技师。
受父亲亲手传教学习制作桦皮船，手艺高超，制作的桦皮船精致、美观、创新、耐用，具备观赏性，具有独特的民族特色。
在呼玛尔河一带生活劳作七十余年，从12岁开始学习制作桦皮船，至今已有六十余年。
作品曾在2006年参加上海世博会展览。
2007年参加了在北京举办的少数民族非物质文化遗产展览会。
虽然年事已高，仍坚持传授桦树皮船制作技艺。
