男，汉族，1961年1月生，天津市人。
第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目风筝制作技艺（天津风筝魏制作技艺）代表性传承人。
出身于“风筝魏”世家，自幼学习家传制作技艺，系统继承了“风筝魏”的制作技术。
后入天津工艺美术学院深造，在全面继承传统手艺的基础上，进一步创新实践。
设计制作的风筝兼顾传统技艺和现代艺术，符合当代人审美趣味，因此非常受人欢迎。
Honors & Recognition
曾获得中国文学艺术界联合会等单位颁发的第六届中国民间文艺山花奖等。
