男，汉族，1968年2月生，安徽省宣城市人。
第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目宣笔制作技艺代表性传承人。
出身于宣笔制作世家，自幼受家庭熏陶，随父张苏学艺，初攻修笔、装套，后学水盆，历三十余年，掌握了宣笔制作的全部技艺，尤其是在笔毫的脱脂、成形方面有独到建树。
所制宣笔笔锋整齐，拢抱不散；无虚尖，无秃锋，无弯毛；笔头平顺，盖毛均匀；装套牢固，紧密无间，不破套；镶头套装光滑，不析缝，不破裂，杆正毫圆。
现有水盆、修笔、制管、装套、刻字等弟子三十余人。
