男，汉族，1951年9月生，浙江省东阳市人。

第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目中式服装制作技艺（振兴祥中式服装制作技艺）代表性传承人。

中式服装制作技师。

20世纪70年代至80年代中期，在杭州天水丝织厂工作，拜老艺人为师，掌握丝绸服装生产制作技艺，尤其对丝绸面料染色及面料在服装生产中的物理性能把握有较深的研究。

20世纪80年代中期至90年代初期，在杭州市丝绸控股集团公司负责丝绸和服装生产技术工作。

从90年代初起在杭州利民中式服装厂主持中式服装的生产及管理，主持制作博鳌论坛中华衫、2008年奥运会青花瓷和粉色两个系列的颁奖礼服，以及新老西湖十景等二十套高档礼服，得到社会各界的好评。

同时，致力于新技艺研发，促进传统技艺在完整保留的基础上发展。
