男，藏族，1967年6月生，青海省久治县人。
《格萨（斯）尔》说唱家。
1980年从家族第四代圆光艺人隆央嘉措接传圆光秘法和宝镜，成为家族第五代圆光艺人。
同年在久治县隆嘎寺剃度出家，被认定为该寺活佛。
1989年又被认定为玛沁县下大武乡格日阿迪达杰寺的寺主。
借助圆光显现并用文字详细描述，历经数年，用纪录片形式将“镜中的格萨尔”呈现给更多的人。
2016年成立的“果洛《格萨（斯）尔》艺人之家西宁分站”被青海省《格萨（斯）尔》史诗研究所命名为“青海省《格萨（斯）尔》圆光文化传承基地及史诗研究基地”。
不断挖掘和培养《格萨（斯）尔》的说唱艺人和创作人才。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目《格萨（斯）尔》代表性传承人。
2017年获联合国教科文组织第二届国际史诗艺人节“来自欧龙霍大地的声音”论坛活动金奖。
