出身河工世家，黄河号子第三代传人，学习传承黄河号子至今已有三十多年。
1981年到武陟第一黄河河务局工作，同时随祖父李建荣（著名老河工）系统学习防汛抢险技术及黄河号子。

男，汉族，1964年9月生，河南省武陟县人。
1988年进黄河职工大学，进修工程测量专业。
2011年调至河南黄河河务局人才中心，学习研究黄河历史、文化和防汛抢险技术，传唱黄河号子。
对黄河下游沿岸的号子进行挖掘、分析、整理和充实完善，撰写脚本，组织拍摄专业音响碟片《黄河号子》《土硪号子》，被黄河博物馆、黄河档案馆收藏。
出版专著《黄河号子》。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目江河号子（黄河号子）代表性传承人。
