男，藏族，1956年11月生，四川省炉霍县人。

1965年起跟随舅舅仁青降措学习演唱川西藏族山歌，在全面系统掌握传统曲目和技法的基础上结合时代发展，融入其淳朴、自然的歌声。

演唱了大量作品，深受当地老百姓喜爱。

接受过中央电视台、四川电视台、康巴卫视等媒体的采访并参与专题片的摄制。

Honors & Recognition

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目川西藏族山歌代表性传承人。

长期致力于川西藏族山歌的演出、资料收集和后继人才的培养，授徒五十余人。

作为川西藏族山歌演唱代表参加各类展演活动百余场，并多次获奖。
