男，汉族，1948年3月生，河南省孟津县人。
自幼热爱开封盘鼓，1980年调入开封群众艺术馆后，先后拜尹俊忠、郭全忠、曹宏儒等为师学习开封盘鼓，熟练掌握了击打方法及行进、跳跃、摆阵、斗阵等规范、技巧。
其传承谱系清晰，掌握曲目（曲牌）较多，技艺特点细致、刚劲，表演雄姿勃发。
不仅挖掘、整理开封锣鼓曲目，还在开封盘鼓的研究方面做了很多工作，先后发表了《开封盘鼓舞》等多篇论文。
多年来，在社会实践的基础上，进行开封盘鼓的教学和技艺传授。
培训的开封盘鼓乐手多达千余名，指导组建的盘鼓队百余支，乐手上万名。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目锣鼓艺术（开封盘鼓）代表性传承人。
