男，汉族，1964年9月生，江西省鹰潭市人。
中国道教协会副会长、龙虎山道教协会会长。
1983年进入中国道教学院学习。
2013年，其倡议并实施的“龙虎论道、虎啸龙吟月生，月生，文化道教名师讲堂”成为国内道教界影响较大的文化交流平台之一。
搜集天师道音乐曲谱一百三十余首，组建的天师府经乐团是龙虎山正一天师道道教音乐的主要传承群体。
主编《中国龙虎山天师道》《中国龙虎山天师道音乐》《道教文化管窥》等书，撰写并发表学术论文十多篇。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目道教音乐（龙虎山正一天师道道教音乐）代表性传承人。
