男，汉族，1952年5月生，甘肃省皋兰县人。
坚持创新、提高太平鼓制作技艺和表演水平，先后将鼓减重20斤，并创造出鹰击长空、响雷惊炸、两军对垒、三阳开泰、万马奔腾等打法与阵法。
2001年成立太平鼓艺术团。
2011年在一些中小学成立太平鼓队，开展传承梯队建设。
2013年自筹资金启动了兰州太平鼓训练展示基地建设项目。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目兰州太平鼓代表性传承人。
带领鼓队参加第十一届亚运会艺术节并受到文化部、兰州市政府表彰，曾获得由中国文学艺术界联合会和中国民间文艺家协会共同主办的中国国际锣鼓节暨中国第二届民间艺术节金奖，文化部组织的全国第六届群星奖广场舞比赛金奖等。
