男，土家族，1967年12月生，湖北省来凤县人。
20世纪70年代，跟随村中第三届、第四届全国人大代表彭昌松学习摆手舞的锣鼓打法和动作。
所传承的磨鹰闪翅、拉弓射箭、挖土、撒种、纺棉花、织布、插秧、挑水、比脚、抖灰尘、擦背等十几种舞蹈套路苍劲有力，具有古老的意韵。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目土家族摆手舞（恩施摆手舞）代表性传承人。
热心摆手舞的传承保护，曾多次在湖北省内外宣传推介土家族摆手舞，受到土家民众的赞许和当地政府的肯定。
2009年，获得来凤县政府授予的“土家鼓王”称号。
