男，土家族，1964年2月生，湖北省五峰土家族自治县人。

少年时跟随祖辈毛开善等传习撒叶儿嗬，后随杜受安习练武场套路，复兴几近失传的“天鹅抱蛋”“懒龙翻身”等十多种套路。

长年活跃于乡邻族群间的民俗活动现场，记录整理撒叶儿嗬五句子歌词六百余首。

为传承传播撒叶儿嗬不遗余力，多次赴五峰、宜昌、武汉参加展演。

Honors & Recognition

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目土家族撒叶儿嗬代表性传承人。
