男，汉族，1967年1月生，山东省东明县人。
国家二级演员。
1978年考入东明县大平调剧团，后拜老艺人郭盛高为师，主攻须生，一边登台演出，一边学戏练功。
音域宽广，真嗓发音，唱腔高亢嘹亮、苍劲自然、韵味十足，富有浓郁的地方特色。
表演豪放，准确到位，刚中见柔。
著名词作家乔羽观看其作品《姐妹皇后》之后，为其题词“玉润珠圆”。
塑造的诸葛亮集英气、帅气、豪气、大气于一身，唱腔潇洒舒展、明快流畅。
多次受邀参与山东电视台《好戏连台》和河南电视台《梨园春》等节目的录制。

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目大平调代表性传承人。
从艺以来，多次获得省级一、二等奖。
2005年参加菏泽市首届中青年戏曲演员大赛暨“十大名演”评选，获菏泽市首届戏曲“十大名演”称号。
