Her representative works include Bai Nai Nai Zui Jiu (Grandmother Bai Gets Drunk); she is now the artistic leader of this genre and enjoys considerable fame and influence. 03 · Transmission & Safeguarding Status
National representative bearer of Yuediao, a fifth-batch national intangible cultural heritage project. For many years she has been devoted to the protection and transmission of Yue diao, training more than twenty students, and has long performed free of charge for villagers in the countryside. She has collected and preserved a large quantity of materials on Xuchang Yue diao, including photographs, scores, scripts, audio and video recordings and press reviews, working to expand the social influence of Yue diao and to cultivate successors.
