女，汉族，1963年2月生，江苏省高邮市人。
国家一级演员。
在继承和发扬杖头木偶传统表演技能的基础上，借鉴和吸收其他艺术门类的精华丰富木偶舞蹈语汇和表演形式，形成独特的杖头木偶表演体系和风格。
在《嫦娥舒袖》中用十几米长绸创作了“双环飞舞”“彩俑藏娇”“红浪翻滚”“仙女散花”等技巧；《变脸·喷火》变过去“单手直线拉脸”为“双手轮番变脸”。
《智斗》创作木偶点烟、吸烟、吐烟技巧。
曾参加中国艺术节、澳门回归庆典晚会等大型文艺活动。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目木偶戏（杖头木偶戏）代表性传承人。
《板桥作画》独创木偶作画技巧，获得专利权。
曾获文化部文华表演奖、中国木偶皮影艺术学会等单位颁发的“金狮奖”、全国木偶皮影比赛银奖和金狮表演奖等奖项。
