出身于祁东渔鼓世家，父亲邹祖西为祁东渔鼓创始人，二哥邹华山为祁东渔鼓著名艺人。

男，汉族，1963年４月生，湖南省祁东县人。
幼时便跟随父亲学习祁东渔鼓唱腔、道白，继承和掌握了原汁原味的传统演唱风格。
青年时期曾在祁东县祁剧团专攻小生行当，后随家人下海，专门从事渔鼓演唱。
大胆借用不同唱腔，受到群众的热烈欢迎。
将文化元素融合在表演中，突出祁东特色，很好地演绎了祁东风情。
在演出实践中形成了唱腔圆润醇厚、形象成熟稳重又潇洒大气的艺术风格。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目湖南渔鼓代表性传承人。
