男，汉族，1967年8月生，河北省正定县人。
中幡表演者。
8岁时，在长辈指导下接触高照制作。
熟练掌握“佛顶珠”“二郎担山”等传统套路，又自创了“浪子踢球”“托塔”等新招式，将以前单调的样式、颜色创新为与新农村建设相关的内容，赋予了高照新的生机与活力。
组织成立了高照会，会员五十余人，带领正定高照传承实现了团队规范化、训练经常化、演出精品化、影响深入化的发展模式。

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目中幡（正定高照）代表性传承人。
