形意拳师，中国武术八段，形意拳第五代传人。
出身于武术世家，自幼在父辈的严格要求与指导下，系统地掌握了形意拳拳理、拳法，同时兼习少林、太极、八卦等拳法，尤其对家传《内功四经》《易筋经》《洗髓经》研究颇多。

男，汉族，1932年4月生，山西省太谷县人。
发表多篇武术文章、专论，出版专著三部，并多次到国内各地及港、澳、台地区和欧美、东南亚讲学授拳。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目形意拳代表性传承人。
非常注重内意、内劲、内气与外形、外力、神意的配合以及各种技法的融会贯通，参照易筋、易骨、洗髓及十二大力法等功法，以运动生物力学为科学依据，按照人体生理功能进行传授与锻炼，培养出大批弟子。
