又名李方福，男，汉族，1932年8月生，四川省绵竹市人。
12岁拜入绵竹西路年画大师黄安富门下，1949年前后已成为小有名气的画师。
经多年实践，在继承传统绘画技艺基础上，创造了“点睛”“敷脸”等新的绘画技艺。
作品内容有历史典故、人物传奇、民俗风情等，形象夸张、多变化、不拘小节，笔法流畅，色彩鲜艳、明快、喜庆，深受百姓喜爱。
现已将年画技艺传授给儿子李道春、女儿李红等人。

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目绵竹木版年画代表性传承人。
