男，藏族，1970年8月生，四川省色达县人。

四川省工艺美术大师。

系统掌握噶玛嘎孜画派绘画技艺，创作成果丰厚。

曾参与创作《格萨尔千幅唐卡》，代表作《格萨尔显神通图》在甘肃、青海、四川等地广泛传播，具有较大影响力。

Honors & Recognition

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目藏族唐卡（噶玛嘎孜画派）代表性传承人。

多年来，先后培养弟子千余名，遍及西藏昌都市、青海果洛州、甘肃甘南州、四川甘孜州和阿坝州，多名弟子学有所成，尤以其子洛吾多吉和弟子四郎泽仁等出类拔萃。
