男，汉族，1937年11月生，广东省广州市人。
其针法独到，技艺精湛，自成风格。
作品追求光、亮、平、密、净、匀的艺术效果，远观富于画的魅力，近赏尤显绣的精彩。
作为业内为数不多的男性刺绣师，一方面积极参与广绣传统针法整理，留下弥足珍贵的第一手研究资料；一方面悉心改良、创新十多种针法和表现手法。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目粤绣（广绣）代表性传承人。
有十多幅作品获国家级、省级金奖并被多家博物馆、美术馆收藏。
同时致力于后继人才培养，将家传刺绣技艺无私传授给学员，培养了一批广绣技艺人才，其中不少已成为业内佼佼者。
