男，汉族，1947年3月生，四川省江安县人。
高级工艺美术师。
自幼受其父何永志熏陶。
在江安竹筷工艺厂工作期间，向江安竹簧致和派名师顾聚铭学习竹簧雕刻，向江安竹簧综合派传人赖银章学习雕刻印花筷模板，向周海云学习浮雕技艺。
从艺五十多年，熟练掌握江安竹簧制作技艺，融合各家之法，创作出大量佳作；还通过调查研究，整理江安竹簧资料和图片，为技艺传承保存资料，在该领域有较强的代表性和影响力。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目竹刻（江安竹簧）代表性传承人。
积极培养传承人，除传授妻子和两个女儿外，还开办培训班和传习所，义务授课。
