男，汉族，1947年9月生，湖北省仙桃市人。
中国工艺美术大师。
麦秆剪贴画取材于花鸟鱼虫、山水人物和吉祥图案等，人物形象刻画尤为传神。
表现形式融入对雕花剪纸、烙画、贴画、国画、版画、浮雕艺术的借鉴，综合运用镂空、反衬、叠彩、镶丝、透雕、翻版、撒点、剔刻、堆砌、热熨、冷烫等技艺，布局合理，层次清晰，视觉效果鲜明，富有中国传统文化气息。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目麦秆剪贴代表性传承人。
作品获得文化部举办的第八届中国艺术节全国工艺美术精粹展金奖，以及中国工艺美术百花奖等奖项。
