宝剑锻制技师，宝剑锻制技艺第九代传人。
1969年师承父亲高西坤，在父亲言传身教下，学习铸剑技艺。

男，汉族，1953年11月生，河南省西平县人。
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目宝剑锻制技艺（棠溪宝剑锻制技艺）代表性传承人。
1987年创建西平县棠溪宝剑厂。
2004年，组建西平县棠溪剑业有限公司。
历经半个世纪，把技艺发挥到炉火纯青的程度。
在向年轻人传承技艺的过程中，经常置身车间言传身教，已带出一批骨干力量，并系统整理了铸剑技艺文字资料《铸剑技艺三章》。
二十多年来，积极宣传棠溪宝剑锻制技艺，先后在厂区组织兴建了棠溪冶铁铸剑文化园区、棠溪博物馆，通过图片、实物向社会大众展示棠溪宝剑锻制技艺。
