男，汉族，1935年12月生，浙江省杭州市人。
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目张小泉剪刀锻制技艺代表性传承人。
熟练掌握剪刀锻制的七十二道工序，擅长锻制1-5号民用剪刀。
参与锻制的剪刀还被作为国礼，赠送给外国元首。
退休后，仍倾心于剪刀锻制技艺传承，收徒授艺，将长期积累的锻制工序、生产行规、专业术语等资料整理成册，传与新一代。
