男，苗族，1955年2月生，贵州省黄平县人。
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目银饰制作技艺（苗族银饰制作技艺）代表性传承人。
苗族银器锻制技师。
出身于银饰制作世家，7岁开始跟随长辈学习祖传银饰制作，能独立地完成黄平苗族妇女整套银饰作品的制作，22岁出师。
在加工传统首饰的同时，注重适应时代审美趋向进行作品创新，使制作出来的银饰作品更受人们喜爱。
制作的物件种类主要有银冠、银腰带、银项圈、银衣片、银手镯、银戒指、银项链等。
2017年到马耳他圣詹姆斯国家艺术中心工作坊进行交流和展示，2018年整套黄平银饰被贵州省非物质文化遗产博览馆收藏。
