男，汉族，1954年9月生，安徽省泾县人。

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目宣纸制作技艺代表性传承人。

安徽省工艺美术大师。

1970年进入宣纸企业工作，掌握宣纸生产全过程，坚持传统宣纸技艺的研究、开发，使失传多年的白鹿纸等宣纸品种重新恢复生产。

2006年注册了“曹光华”牌宣纸。

多名弟子已成为行业骨干。

Honors & Recognition

主持研制生产的红旗牌宣纸在中国国际贸易促进委员会等主办的亚太博览会上获金奖；研制开发的光华宣纸，获中国文房四宝协会颁发的中国文房四宝行业优质产品金奖。
