男，汉族，1960年6月生，湖南省隆回县人。
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目竹纸制作技艺（滩头手工抄纸技艺）代表性传承人。
滩头手工抄纸技师。
近年来，利用手工抄纸技艺传习所积极配合隆回县非遗中心举办手工抄纸技艺培训活动。
在不断提高自身技艺的同时，还利用自家作坊不断悉心授徒，其弟李志兵、其子李秋桂都跟随他学习。
Honors & Recognition
2011年，相继创新出书画用纸、博物馆系列古籍古字画修复用纸等新纸，促进了滩头手工抄纸的生产性保护。
同时，还经常到当地的乡村少年宫上课，引导学生自觉参与到保护工作中来。
