男，汉族，1949年10月生，山东省潍坊市人。
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目风筝制作技艺（潍坊风筝）代表性传承人。
潍坊工艺美术大师。
8岁跟随师父杨同科学习风筝制作技艺，杨家埠风筝扎制技艺第五代传人。
将声、光、电等科技元素融入风筝扎制工艺，利用齿轮的机械原理制作更具动态的新式风筝，并借鉴年画、泥塑等的装饰美，形成了不同的风格体系，促进了风筝制作的创新。
已授徒百余人。
Honors & Recognition
作品参加国际风筝联合会等单位举办的潍坊国际风筝节，多次夺得创新扎制金奖、银奖、铜奖等奖项。
