男，汉族，1954年6月生，江苏省宜兴市人。
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目陶器烧制技艺（宜兴均陶制作技艺）代表性传承人。
高级工艺美术师。
1971年进宜兴均陶工艺厂，师从老艺人张浩元学习堆花技艺。
全面掌握均陶制作技艺，富有创新能力。
首开均陶日用陶装饰走向艺术陈设陶的先河，首创堆花平堆和半浮、浮雕相结合的技法，堆花技艺精湛、风格独特。
从艺五十年来，作品获省部级以上各类陶艺比赛金、银、铜奖三十余项，《凤戏牡丹》《群欢》等多件作品被中国国家博物馆、首都博物馆等机构收藏。
Honors & Recognition
1985年创建堆花工作室，培养艺徒二十六人，成为国内多所大专院校实践基地。
